Family Pics

 While in Utah, I had a friend take our family pictures.  Family pics are never fun but we had an especially bad time.  We were traveling and tired.  We had just come from 60 degree's to 100 degree heat.  Lilly had been throwing up the night before.  Most of us were holding up OK, but Lilly....she was CRANKY.  She did everything she could not to cooperate.  She scowled at the photographer, turned from the camera, refused to smile and in the end threw tantrums.  One of the pics was her leaning against the wall pouting; she looks completely posed and I love the picture.  Bridger is in goofy smile phase but he was such a good sport.  Some how through it all we got a few good shots.

Utah Trip 2011- part 2

The number one thing that Lilly wanted to do on our trip to Utah was to see Jesus and the temple.  She talked about it every day until I took her there.  I love her testimony.  Both of my kids have so much faith.  We had a hard time pulling Lilly away from Jesus.  She stood and looked at Him for a long time and then she just stood there and touched Him.

The story of the Good Samaritan is one of Bridger's favorite stories.

 We walked across the street to Deseret Book and then hung out outside by the fountains.  My kids couldn't resist playing in the water.

Doman Family Reunion

We hadn't seen Derek's brother Dan in 4 years so it was time for a reunion!  We had a great time.  Mom Doman had a lot of activities planned: Lagoon, talent show, family pictures, dinners and trip to Sun Ridge.  The cousins had a hard time when it all ended (the 30 minute group hug helped a little) Grandma and Grandpa, although sad, were ready for some peace and quiet again.
