Bridger's end of season t-ball party was at Pump It Up. It is a place full of bounce-houses. I've never seen parents who are sober have so much fun. The kids liked it too.
We finished the night off with pizza and baseball cupcakes.
Bridger also got another trophy! He was SO EXCITED!!!!! This one is the REAL deal and he couldn't have been happier. This picture will not show that, but he really was excited.

Memorial Weekend
If Oregon had better weathermen we might have had a better time We went to the waterfalls in the rain. And the air museum when it was dry.
Love that my kids hold hands....so sweet!
Lilly went on her first amusement ride. You can tell by the look on her face how she felt about it.
This next picture is just to see if my mom actually reads my blog. If she does I will gladly remove this picture.
We had a great time with my parents and were so sad to see them go. Bridger shed a few tears even thought he tried to be tough. We miss them.

Random thoughts
This picture makes me chuckle every time I see it. It would be funnier if you could have seen it in person but maybe it will at least make you smile.
We had horrible weather when my parents were in town. Nothing but rain! In Oregon, you wear a raincoat more than any other item of clothing (may be a slight exaggeration) My parents didn't have raincoats so we had to put my dad in a poncho. This is where I start to chuckle. Poncho's are not exactly attractive in any color but check out this bright orange one! What were they thinking?
The other thing that had me laughing was Lilly's raincoat. The same people who made the fluorescent orange raincoat made the cone-shaped hood of Lilly's raincoat. It stood at least 4 inches off her head.
Despite the rain we had a good time and I had a good laugh.

Caught in the act.
I was uploading some pictures today and found these. Bridger apparently didn't listen when we told him NOT TO PLAY WITH THE CAMERA. He obviously didn't think through the fact that there would be evidence that he didn't obey!

Friday was Bridger's last day of preschool. It is a sad day for me. It was a great experience for Bridger. He grew up a bit while he was there. He had an amazing teacher, Mrs. Boyd. I wish she could move in with us. She did a lot of good for us.
Grandma and Grandpa were here for the last day. They came along to support Bridger. I was thrilled that they were there because I didn't have to do the corny folk dance with Bridger. Naturally her would choose Grandma over Mom. Yeah!
Since day one of school Bridger has been in serious competition for the "champion trophy" that Mrs. Boyd told them about. Honestly I think that was the only things that kept him going through the rough times. He talked about ti so much. On the last day he FINALLY got it! (so did every other kid)
He has carried it around for a few days now and decided dad could have his trophy back now that he has one to replace it with.
Good job Bridger!

Baseball Dream Comes True
This was Bridger's first year of T-Ball with the Beaverton Area Little League. He has had so much fun. One of the fun things they just did was go to a Portland Beaver's game where they got to run on the field before the game. For those who know Bridger at all, you know how much he loves sports. He has been obsessed with all sports since he was one...luckily he has a talent for sports.
Going on the field was SO EXCITING! He enjoyed the game afterwards. He was equally excited that he got to eat an entire licorice rope. What a great day.
